- Local Pickup ( Available Only in Gauteng, South Africa)

- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business working days (excluding weekends & holidays).
- Custom or pre-order items may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at checkout.
3. Delivery Time frames
Once your order is shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Domestic (South Africa): 3–7 business working days
- International: 7–15 business working days (varies by destination)
- Expedited Shipping: 1 – 3 business working days (domestic only)
Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Costs
- Free Shipping: Available on select orders (minimum purchase may apply).
- Flat-Rate Shipping: A standard fee may apply for certain products.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package.

7. Undelivered or Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal, you may be responsible for reshipment costs.

- If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at Orders Department with order details and photos (if applicable).
- We will assist with replacements or refunds as per our Returns & Exchange Policy.
