Thank you for shopping with Digital Techie (Pty)Ltd. We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, our Returns and Exchange Policy outlines the terms under which you may return or exchange products.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Products must be returned within 5 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition (with tags/labels intact).
  • Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Software, downloadable products, or opened digital goods.
  • Personalized/custom-made items.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.

 

2. Return Process

  1. Request a Return: Contact our support team at Orders Department or log into your account to initiate a return.
  2. Approval & Instructions: We’ll verify eligibility and provide a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely pack the product and include the RMA. Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong/damaged item).
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect the item and process a refund/exchange within 2 – 3 business working days.

 

3. Refund Options

  • Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 2-3 business working days after approval.
  • Store Credit: Option available upon request.
  • Exchanges: Subject to product availability.

 

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are provided for defective/wrong items or size/color changes (if available).
  • Customers cover return shipping unless the error is ours.

 

5. Warranty Claims

Defective products covered under warranty will be repaired/replaced per the manufacturer’s terms. Contact support for assistance.

 

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer responsibility: Unless the return is due to our error.

7. Damaged/Missing Items
